Everyone should have such a journalism-accurate window back to themselves at a formative age. While you may have been in the deep end of how many things were concerning you, almost comically so (e.g. taxes, once you became an adult?), your concerns were real.
The young do stress a lot about more than we recall. If only they'd listen to parents when they note that the feelings are iterative, timeless, not to take them so hard, but teens are defined by nothing so much as their claims of facing a unique life, feelings, and circumstances.
One might even argue their struggle is what gives them beauty.
